special conference Few members of our church went to the leaders confrence in Jordan from the 5th through the 7th of December, 2007.
There were forty new and more experienced leaders that attended the conference from the Evangelical church in Israel.

The conference provided three different courses:
1. The Leader's Vision by Dr. Walid Farid.
2. The Purpose Driven Life by Dr. Walid Farid.
3. Personal Holiness Through Trial by Faris Qawar.

Kofor-Yassef Baptist church was founded in 1940, as a result of a revival in eastern Jordan and Palestine, because of an amazing event that occurred to the sister Mrs.Em Saleem Kawaar, in Amman (Jordan) in 1933.
